  • Continue to strengthen ties with the larger diverse University community; formalizing relations with the President’s Council on Diversity, working with Multicultural & Diversity Affairs and LGBTQ Affairs, and reaching out to other entities
  • Advocate UF Non-discrimination policy be reflected in the inclusive language of UF departmental communications (such as webpages)
  • Examine ease of accessibility to domestic partnership benefits information on UF webpages
  • Strengthen ties with liaisons, such as the University Police Department, Counseling & Wellness Center, Human Resources
  • Marketing the LGBTQ+ Presidential Advisory Committee as a forum and resource for faculty and staff
  • Support the president’s vision of diversity on campus as specifically related to LGBTQ+ faculty and staff
